This is the process I have used successfully for many years. It has nine simple steps. The beauty of this process is that once you learn it you can repeat it over and over again. So learning the process is key to your future success. Success is achieved by learning it in the order it is presented.
One little secret is that steps 1 through 5 are only repeated once every time you start a new niche or website. Steps 6 through 9 are repeated over and over to grow your business website. Those steps are the most exciting because this is when you can help people, share your thoughts and market your niche.
Step 1 Identify Your Passion Niche Topic
That’s right, you can take something you are passionate about and make money online from it. You are probably wondering what it means to identify a passion.
Let’s go through some examples of niche passions to make it easier.
Here are some of the first things that may come to your mind: Wealth, Fitness, Health, and Electronics. You might even think of problems you have had and how you found a way to solve them. You certainly are not the only one who has encountered problems and internet searches would love to hear your solution. Or you may be a do it yourselfer and have so much how to you wish to share. These can all be a passion niche.
Here’s the problem with niches such as Wealth, Fitness, Health, and Electronics. They are too board. You will never know where to start and when you are finished.
Let’s go a level deeper. We could narrow ”wealth” to a focus on “make money”. Fitness could be narrowed to “women’s exercise’. Health could be narrowed down to “weight loss” and electronics could be “laptops”.
We still have a problem. The above are still too broad.
Let’ go one more level deeper. The following are manageable niches.
We have a starting and ending point for all of the above niches. But they are still broad.
Whatever your passion niche you can use the above approach to decide your manageable niche.

So the above niches have plenty of interest for creating a profit earning online business.
This leads us to the next step. We want the world to know about our niche business. To do this we will proceed with the next important steps.
Step 2 Establish A Way To Let The Internet Know About Your Interest Your Niche Business
The best way to get started is to own a website that is uniquely yours. It is your piece of real estate online. It has a unique address. This will be where people can return to over and over to learn, see what’s new and make purchases.
Your website will be your “business front”. It will always be where people can find out about you and your business interest. Once your website is established you can use additional media to spread the word such as Email Marketing, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube and other social media. But that comes later.
Owning a website will be a new experience for you; therefore we will give you a free one to start. You can learn how it works and make changes as you learn.
Once you feel comfortable with your free website you will want to buy a “.com” domain name. (There is NO RUSH.) Buying a “.com” website is only $13.99 for one year and can be renewed at the same price yearly. The cost is very reasonable.
The name for your “.com” website can be the same as your free website name or something different. “Login Now” will take you to the inside of your WordPress Website “the back office dashboard” where you can do so much. The first thing we want to do is update the plugins if necessary.

Your free website you obtained earlier will always be free. It is necessary to login every couple of weeks however if you are inactive for a period of time.

You made it this far, right? Are you thinking this is too much to do just for a website? Relax Steps 1 through 5 are only done when you create a new website with your niche.
Before adding blog content to your website, we want to be sure the search engines know your website exists so they can index your content when you add some. So the next step is all about adding search engine traffic and website crawling capability.
Step 5 Set Up Your Website With Search Engines
This sounds difficult, but it’s not. This is done through online software. The images show you what to do. It may sound expensive, but it is free to use. Search engines are looking for good content.
Letting the search engines know about your website is crucial to getting traffic to your website. Search engines don’t know about your site unless you tell them.
The most popular search engine is Google. So adding your website in Google Analytics and Search Console helps you site get free traffic. Once it is set up you will notify them of your new pages as they are published. Your notification will tell them to crawl it and add your content to their BIG index by keywords and keyword phrases. Search engines do not copy blog content word for word but index it by “keywords or keyword phrases” with the website blog address (URL).
A word to the wise! The more quality, unique content you write, the more pleased the search engines will be and the more website visitors

The traffic you have coming to your site by the search engines is known as organic free traffic. The search engines are happy to do this because this is how they look good in the eyes of their company.
Google Analytics and Google Search Console will give you a lot of valuable information such as the volume of traffic to your site per blog, keyword phrases used to get them to your site and how the visitors navigate your site. This information helps you to keep your traffic volume and increase it.
Bing and Yahoo also have tools you can use to let them know of your website. This will let you know how much traffic you get through those search engines.

Now that the search engines know about your website, it is time to learn the secrets of writing blogs.
Step 6 Find Keywords Related To Your Niche For Use When Writing Pages and Posts
Are you wondering what keywords are and what they have to do with this? First of all search engines have a business goal: to provide the best content in response to web searches. To keep their job they need to do a good job.
The only way they have content they can index is if someone puts content on the web. So this is your chance to contribute to the search engine index.
Let’s see an example of how this works. When you do a search in Google you are typing a keyword or phrase. Search engines like Google will go to their index and look for the best keyword or keyword phrases to satisfy your search.
Here’s an example.
In this case there is a lot of indexed content. If you were this web searcher, you would be glad there is a lot of content to help you, but with this much you would be overwhelmed in making a decision about which search result to look at.
If you are a website owner you would have a lot of competition. There are too many blogs about it already and your blog would be at the bottom of the index and probably not receive any traffic.
So let’s try another approach. Basketball skills must be different for various age groups so let’s find out if searchers look for skills by age group.
We have a nice surprise. Google gives us the information we were hoping for. Google is automatically giving us the most popular searches by age group.
This shows us we could write nine blogs. Each blog could focus on a specific age group. We know that the competition will not be as high for each individual search.
Let’s try one. Here are the results.
Note we put our keyword phrase in quotes because we only want search results for “6 year olds”. The above search results tell us that there no blog exists specifically for “basketball skills for 6 year olds”. But we saw from our prior search results that people are looking for this kind of information. This means we have an opportunity to get indexed in the search engines for “basketball skills for 6 year olds”.
We did this exercise to show you that identifying keywords for blogs is a very important step and that there is still opportunity to write something unique.
This is why knowing what keywords are being searched for is important. It makes so much sense to use keywords that searchers are looking for but yet have limited competition..
Finding keywords with a lot of traffic, low competition and high search engine favorability is key to increasing the volume of traffic to your website. So you will want to find several keyword phrases, save them in a folder and create a blog for each one. This is the professional and effective way to do it.

The style for content writing can vary depending upon the purpose of the blog. Some of the more popular blog styles include the following.

The key to getting traffic to choose your blog is your 160 words of less description of it. For example, which description is most intriguing to you?
Once you find what works for you, just keep on doing it that way, unless you are not getting any traffic.
The key to enticing your reader to keep reading the blog starts with the title.

The most popular affiliate programs and networks include Amazon, ShareASale, Rakuten, Ebay, Etsy and CJ Affiliate. Other Affiliate programs can be found by typing “Niche + affiliate program” in Google search
Joining an affiliate program is free. Affiliate programs want people to join because the more their goods is marketed, the more money they make.
Affiliate marketers are paid a small commission when the products they market on their website or social media are sold.
The owners of affiliate programs make it easy to join and get affiliate links
Affiliate marketing is such a popular way to earn money from websites because the affiliate (you) is not responsible to handle the product (no product to make, no inventory to store, package, and ship), bill for the product (no invoicing or money collecting) or handle customer service tasks (no returns or exchanges, no complaint handling). The affiliate marketer is only responsible for the website used for marketing, inserting links and images (all provided by the program owners), following the rules such as placing an affiliate disclosure statement in the website) and receiving the commission resulting for the sales.
Affiliate marketers are identified as making passive income because they do not have product or customer responsibilities. Their involvement is passive.
